It doesn't mean anything in economical terms. It doesn't even matter what you call it.

When TRW acquired the farms, apparently some of the older partners (owners) exited. They have to get paid. But TRW never had any surplus cash. Right now there is still $40.5M debt remaining. They will get paid by mid 2021 after which TRW will generate lots of cash.

Maybe it's premature to think about the economics of a dividend, but would you venture to guess whether a small dividend would/could be initiated at this stage?
